The quality and safety of our products is the highest priority at Culcita and we employ whatever means necessary to ensure that our customers are always supplied with quality and safety assured products, even if that means that we have to work or spend that little bit more to make sure that customer satisfaction and safety is never compromised.

All of our tubular frames including relaxers, sunbeds and hammocks comply with the following:

EN581-1: (2006): Outdoor Furniture – Seating and Tables for Camping, Domestic and Contract use. General Safety Requirement

DDENV581-2 L 2000): Outdoor Furniture Seating – Domestic Level

EN 1022: (2005): Domestic Furniture – Seating – Determination of Stability

All fabrics and cushions are compliant with both UK and Irish regulations:

Industrial Research and Standards (Fire Safety) (Domestic Furniture) Order 1995 ( Ireland)

Statutory Instrument no. 1324 of 1988:

The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988, amended in 1989 and 1993 ( U.K.)

To comply with due diligence Culcita performs independent tests on our fabrics, foam and frames.

Quality control procedures are in place at all stages of production to ensure that all of our products are quality products.
